Hello and welcome to my website.

I’m N. S. Vishwanath (please call me Vish), the author of Nights of the Moonless Sky, a historical thriller set in 16th century South India.  

I hope you are all keeping well.   

Nights of the Moonless Sky is doing well, and on a stable trajectory.  Reviews have been great, the numbers good. 

A Bengali language translation (picture at the bottom of this  page) was released in April.  Awesome reactions.

A sequel to “Nights of the Moonless Sky” is coming along well. Stay tuned for sneak previews sometime in 2024 when you sign up for email updates (links all over this website).

Troubling times, these last few years have been…any way you look at it. Thank heavens for stories and storytellers, for they have made time-travel to places far and near a  safe reality.
